  • Rp. 5.000,- delivery cost for order between Rp. 50.000,- to Rp. 100.000,-
  • Minimum order is Rp. 50.000,-
  • Items will be delivered in the next day

2. Cash Payment (upon delivery)

3. Delivery Guarantee

  • OSRAM has already tested the lamps before it is being delivered to customer.
  • OSRAM will replaced lamps incase it's broken during delivery.
  • Customer must check & return the item (incase it's broken) on the same time while receiving it.
  • Our courier will wait until customer finishes checking the item.

4. One Year Guarantee

  • Valid for Compact Fluorescent Lamps / Lampu Hemat Energi (see the guarantee sign at the box)
  • OSRAM will replace with the new one, incase lamps fail less than 1 year. To claim the replacement, customer must submit : lamps (must not be broken), original box, receipt & guarantee card
  • Valid for 1 year starting from purchase date in the receipt.
